WE TALK ABOUT CERTIFIED QUALITY
It's called the Quality Management System (QMS abbreviated) and is one of the challenges that the MD Engineering aims to overcome in the next future. One step forward, shared by managers and employees, that the Company has undertaken to achieve the strategic purpose of increasing its ability to always satisfy more and the needs of its customers, through the continuous improvement of all business processes. The first important achievement in this field came in 1999, with the certificate of quality CISQ RINA and QNET adapted in 2002 with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 , issued by RINA as a certification body. "The customer is our most important asset" -says Antonino Maresca, technical manager for the MD Engineering-" and for him, we strive every day to build a relationship focused on trust and loyalty through an effective corporate policy. The evolution of the times and the increasing competition in the market, made us reflect: to provide customers a more accurate service, it is necessary to search for new instruments to improve the efficiency of our organization. In fact MD Engineering aims to ensure greater continuity, competence and quality of service to its customers which place it in a privileged position against the competition”. The design and implementation of a Quality Management System in compliance with the Standard Reference UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 has showed to be a valuable support tool in order to continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of its process; It has also enabled to measure the achieved performance, in order to determine levels of reliability in achieving the expected quality standards. THE ACHIEVED RESULTS
In detail, the certificate issued by RINA has certified that the management system for the quality of MD Engineering Srl, in its headquarters, conforms to the rule governing the following fields of activity: design and manufacture of safety equipments for cars, sale of spare parts and accessories in the automotive industry which comply with Europe regulations: Directive 95/56 / EC of 8 November 1995 adapting to technical progress Directive 74/61 / EEC on protective devices against unauthorized use of motor vehicles (Official Journal no. L 286, 29/11/1995).
RINA S.P.A. SINCE 1861 LEADER IN CERTIFICATION
RINA S.p.A. is the operating company of the Italian Naval Register, which was founded in Genoa in 1861 to examine the ships and to issue class certificates proving the reliability conditions on the navigability and attitude to carry the load."The research and development of technical regulations for the shipping industry and expertise in conducting tests on complex systems" explains Sergio Chaplains, area manager for Central Italy RINA S.p.A. In addition, the French certification body C.N.P.P. - National Center for Prevention and Protection, acknowledged the certification of the locks installed on mechanical alarms of MD Engineering s.r.l according to A.F.N.O.R. - French Association for Standardization NFR 29-001.
THE COMPANY IS ALSO COMMITTED IN THE PROCEDURE OF OBTAINING OTHER APPROVALS, FIRST OF ALL THAT OF ISO / TS16949, THE COMMISSION OF WHICH HAS ALREADY ' CONCERNED THE REQUEST.
